"Was just about to post something with a lot of profanities and spotted this thread out of the corner of my eye.. I do have a tendency to use bad language in my writing, but that's who I am I'm afraid... Off to check out the terms... xx"

"I'm also new and I just wanted to thank you for asking the question.  I probably wouldn't have even thought about age rating until it was too late.  I sometimes like to use colorful language...  So thanks for bringing it up!"

"I was wondering this the other day, I don't submit work that has swearing, or anything to graphic. And I'm worry that by self editing for the site."

"A classic twist that I didn't see coming. As with the Roomate (which I enjoyed but felt a little unsure of how to comment - rather racy!) I like your style and delivery. Enjoyed this a lot."

The Good Samaritan

“Help!  Please help!” a woman called from the side of the road, waving her arms frantically.  The wind and rain soaking her hair into a matted mess.

Paul almost drove past her.  Almost.  He never picked up strangers or hitchhikers.  You just never knew the type of person you were going to encounter.

He had heard about carjackers who stages a damsel in distress on the…

“Where do you think you’re going dressed like that?”  Matt asked, peeking over the monitor of his laptop from his desk.

“Oh my God, you aren’t my mother,” Shannon stated, putting her lipstick on before blowing herself a kiss in the hallway mirror.

She had thigh-high stockings on with a little lace at the top, three-inch heels that showed off her fabulous legs, a short skirt showing a peak of promise at what it barely covered, and her…

Title Advice?

Posted by Daniel Hale on December 14, 2015 at 18:29 0 Comments

I just completed, as near as I can tell, my first book: a collection stories disguised as a novel. I do currently have a working title that I was initially happy with, BUT it may now be too obscure or inapplicable.
